Our Prices
Base Price
The base nightly rate includes renting the entire house for up to 8 guests. For groups larger than 8 people, up to a maximum of 20 people, an additional per-person nightly fee applies for each guest from 9 to 20. This approach helps keeping our rates affordable also for smaller groups of people, while accounting for the cleaning, heating and other amenities required to rent the house.
