Base Price
The base nightly rate covers up to 8 guests. For groups of more than 8 guests—up to a maximum of 20 guests — an additional nightly fee per person applies.
This pricing structure keeps the home affordable for smaller groups while fairly reflecting the increased costs associated with larger groups, including additional heating, cleaning, amenities, utilities, and general wear and tear on the property, which is primarily designed for a larger group.
